Somatic integration sessions
We offer integrative, body-based support to complement your work in psychotherapy.
These sessions weave together restorative yoga, breathwork, sensory regulation practices, meditation, sound healing, and Reiki to help your body find its new equilibrium. This somatic work creates space for your nervous system to settle and supports the deeper integration of what's unfolding through your therapy journey, anchoring insight into felt, embodied change.
