Client Care coordinatorMayra is the Client Care Coordinator at Lōmii Studio, helping ensure that every client feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction with the practice. With a naturally warm and empathetic approach, she understands that reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she strives to make the process feel as comfortable and seamless as possible. Whether answering questions, coordinating introductory calls, assisting with scheduling, or simply helping someone understand what comes next, Mayra brings a calm and reassuring presence to every interaction.
With a background in client care, operations, and administrative support, Mayra has spent much of her career doing what comes naturally to her: connecting with people, listening closely, and making sure they feel taken care of. She believes that even the smallest details can shape someone’s experience, especially when they are navigating something deeply personal. Her goal is for every person who reaches out to Lōmii to feel heard, respected, and confident that they are in caring hands.
Mayra was drawn to Lōmii Studio because of its thoughtful, deeply human approach to healing. She values being part of a team that recognizes there is no one-size-fits-all path to feeling better and that meaningful care begins long before a client enters the therapy room.
Originally from New York City, Mayra now calls Delaware home. She married her college sweetheart, and together they are raising their two boys. Family is at the center of her life, and outside of work, she loves spending time with the people she loves most, traveling, and finding any excuse to enjoy a warm day by the water.
