Meet Emmy
Occupational Therapist | Integrative Practitioner | Somatic & Restorative ModalitiesEmmy—widely known as The Mindful OT—is an integrative health occupational therapist who blends traditional OT with restorative somatic practices. At Lōmii Studio, she provides both occupational therapy sessions and standalone restorative wellness sessions that integrate yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, and energy work.
With a clinical background spanning Broward County schools, psychotherapy practices, Holy Cross Hospital, and corporate wellness programs, Emmy brings a multidimensional understanding of how stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm impact the body, brain, and daily functioning. She specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety and emotional dysregulation, guiding them toward healthier routines, embodied resilience, and a more grounded way of moving through the world.
Within Lōmii's EMDR intensives, Emmy offers restorative sessions that help clients regulate, settle, and anchor therapeutic insights into felt, embodied change. Her presence is steady and nurturing, and her sessions invite softness, safety, and a deep return to self. She collaborates closely with Lōmii therapists to support clients through trauma processing and integration.
In addition to her work inside the studio, Emmy also facilitates corporate wellness programs, private retreats, and community-based experiences, offering practical tools for resourcing and self-regulation. She is committed to redefining healthcare with intention, attunement, and heart.
